GSA AI Discoverability Report

See what AI is telling patients about your practice.

We ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity the questions patients ask, then check every answer against the real facts of your practice.

You get a short report showing what AI gets right, what it gets wrong and what to fix first. Wrong answers are saved as dated evidence you can see for yourself.

Proof first

We tested our own practice. AI got it wrong anyway.

Park Slope Eye is our founder’s own practice. Strong Google visibility, a verified reputation and correct facts on the website. AI still told patients things that were not true:

Catch 01

Wrong practice

AI confused Park Slope Eye with a different practice.

Catch 02

Invented a service

It described a service the practice does not offer.

Catch 03

Stale policy

It quoted an old policy that no longer applies.

Catch 04

Out-of-network on launch night

With the correct facts live on the new site, Gemini told patients VSP was out-of-network. Park Slope Eye is in-network with VSP.

Each catch is documented, with dated screenshots, in the case study.

What you get

No scores. No jargon. Just the answers.

The report is short on purpose. It shows you exactly what patients are being told, and where that story goes wrong.

01

The answers, quoted

What AI actually said

ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity answer real patient questions about your practice. You see the answers word for word, with the question and the date.

02

The facts, checked

Right, wrong, outdated or missing

Every answer is checked against the real facts of your practice: doctors, services, insurance, hours and policies.

03

The fix list

What to correct first

The wrong answers most likely to cost you a patient, what we would correct first, and how we would check the correction took hold.

No aggregate grade. No ranking guarantee. Just evidence you can act on.

How it works

Three steps. A few days of our time, almost none of yours.

You send the request. We do the reading. You get the evidence.

01

We ask the questions

The questions patients really ask, in fresh sessions, under the same rules every time.

02

We check every answer

An optometrist reads every answer and checks it against the facts of your practice.

03

We save the evidence

Dated screenshots and quotes, so you never have to take our word for it.

Practical questions

What practice owners ask us.

The short answers, before you ask.

How long does it take?

Usually a few business days from your request. Each report is checked by hand, so if requests are stacking up we will tell you the date up front instead of leaving you wondering.

What do you need from me?

Your practice name, your website and an email address. We research the rest. No logins, no access to your systems, no prep call.

Is it really free?

Yes. No card, no call, no obligation. The report is how we show practices the problem. If you want help fixing what it finds, that is the managed platform, where corrections and monitoring continue through Practice Pulse, GSA’s monthly insights report. If not, the report is still yours.

Why is it limited?

Because an optometrist reads every answer by hand. That takes real time. When requests stack up, we give you an honest date rather than rush a report we would not put our name on.
